Refund and Cancellation Policy
kalavind.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants or if we have initiated the process of shipping them.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day / Express Delivery category.
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
Once the order is cancelled the refund will be initiated within 2 days and it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by kalavind.com.
We don't accept returns under any situation.(No Exchange and No Return)
